    Peel and cut the potatoes or yam into medium-sized chunks, ensuring uniform sizes for even cooking. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and boil until they become soft and tender. This forms the starchy base for the porridge. Once cooked, drain any excess water and set them aside.

    Rehydrate Addme veggies in hot water in a bowl for 3 minutes.

    Pour Addme vegetable sachets into a bowl and add hot water. Allow the mix to soak for 3 minutes, rehydrating the vegetables to restore their texture and flavor, making them ready to enhance the dish.

    Put vegetable oil into pot, pour onions and pepper, and fry for 3 minutes.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced onions and blended or finely chopped pepper, stirring as they fry. Cook for about 3 minutes until the onions become translucent and the pepper releases its rich aroma, creating a flavorful base for the porridge.

    Pour a little amount of water.
